South Locality - District Nursing Team
Health Care Support Worker - Band 3
PERMANENT / PART TIME
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Support Worker to join the District Nursing Service for the South Locality. The base is Auchterarder but you may be required to work across the locality to meet service needs.
You will be providing care within the home and community settings, under the guidance of the District Nursing teams. Collaborative working with our Local Authority colleagues, Private and Voluntary Sector will be required.
Experience of working in a health or social care environment and Scottish Vocational Qualifications Level 2/3 or equivalent experience is required. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
