This is fixed term post until 31/03/2022.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the newly formed Integrated Breastfeeding Support Team for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to undertake the role of Administrative Assistant, Integrated Breastfeeding Support Team.

The post is for 20 hours per week flexible hours shifts.

Reporting to the Acting Lead Midwife, Maternal and Infant Nutrition you will ideally possess a qualification preferably at HNC level but equivalent demonstrable experience will be considered. Experience of using clinical e-Health systems is advantageous.

You will play a key role within the team providing a proactive secretarial and administrative service. This will include working across acute and primary health care services making independent decisions as to the appropriate action to be taken. You should be able to work on your own initiative have excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Excellent computer and system management skills are essential.
