Highland Hub is recruiting a hub controller to work in the NHS Highland Response Centre. This is an exciting time to join the Highland Hub as we are expanding due to new work streams.
We are a call centre operating 24/7 Close to Raigmore Hospital that handles calls for 4 Health Boards covering nearly half of Scotland’s land mass.
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to join the Hub. The successful candidate will have excellent IT and people skills and will have well developed written and verbal communication skills. Telephone call handling experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given, a mature, flexible and positive approach is desired.
Knowledge of Health and Social care and advanced keyboard skills are an advantage.
