As a Clinic Co-ordinator working as part of the multi-disciplinary team within the Outpatient Department working between University Hospital Crosshouse and Ayrshire Central Hospital will provide administrative support to the Senior Charge Nurse in order to make the most efficient and effective use of Out-Patients resources. Duties include maintaining various clinical templates and collating information, preparing reports for the Senior Charge Nurse and General Managers. General administration, staff support and stock ordering etc. You will liaise on a daily basis with Consultant Secretaries, Consultants, Speciality Co-ordinators, General Managers etc to ensure best use of OPD resources.

Educated to HNC level or equivalent in Administration/ Business Studies or related subject along with good communication skills and evidence of self-development are all essential. Administration experience in an outpatient setting is also essential.

Hours: 37.5 hour post, working a varied shift pattern.
