This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established team of Physiotherapists working within the locality Hubs in Edinburgh.  The multidisciplinary teams within the Hubs provide short term interventions to support people at home  who are experiencing a  recent change in their circumstances that may result in a hospital admissions.  They also work with secondary care to facilitate earlier hospital discharges for people who require increased support on their initial discharge form hospital. The Hub Physiotherapy teams are part of the wider Physio@Home and Associated Services with access to regular in-service training and supervision.

The post holder will work from West Pilton Gardens, NW HUB.
