Adult Support and Protection Practitioner Band 6 37.5 12 months Fixed Term

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join us in supporting Adult Support and Protection across Moray. The Adult Support and Protection team provides evidenced based, expert advice and support to staff on Adult Protection. The post will ensure that key service objectives are achieved in line with national and local policies for adults at risk, working in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders to meet the needs of adults in need of support and protection by ensuring that effective systems are in place to enable organisational compliance with the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) 2007 Act (AS&P) and other protective legislation and guidance. It is essential you are a Registered Nurse / AHP, with a first level degree.
You should possess a sound clinical background, be able to demonstrate a wide range of clinical skills-including the ability to offer interventions, advice and delivery of safe, effective care. You should possess good interpersonal skills and a commitment to joint working.
Training and development opportunities will be available to the right candidate.
You must be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development, be highly organised and have good IT skills.
