We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Strategy and Transformation Manager to provide strategic leadership for the integrated strategic planning and transformation agenda as part of our Senior Management Team which supports the Integration Joint Board (IJB) and Aberdeenshire Health and Social Care Partnership (AHSCP).
You will provide key leadership in preparing AHSCP to respond effectively to the findings and implementation of the Independent Review of Adult Social Care and National Care Service. You will lead on engagement, participation and the development of a collaborative approach to service redesign with a range of stakeholders, including communities, 3rd Sector and National Care Service.
Leading on strategic workforce development you will be able to demonstrate extensive managerial experience at a senior level with experience of strategic commissioning of specialist care and support services including health and social care integration commissioning. You will have current knowledge of relevant health and social care strategies which impact on service delivery and priorities. As a proactive and collaborative leader you will have the ability to deliver creative and solution-driven strategic outcomes within a dynamic decision-making environment. Reporting to the Chief Officer, you will have a proven track record in strategic planning and leadership in a large multi-functional organisation. Working with colleagues and partners, you will also play a key role in the pandemic recovery and the delivery of our strategic plans through the leadership of change to improve service delivery.
Educated to degree level in a relevant professional area, you will also hold a post graduate qualification at Masters Level in an appropriate profession or evidence of working towards.

The employer and salary will be dependent on the appointed individual’s background and experience.
