We are looking to recruit a highly specialist Occupational Therapist for an 18 month Fixed Term / Secondment to support the design, development and delivery of contemporary models of care within the pan Ayrshire Neurological Rehabilitation services.

You will provide clinical leadership and supervise a team of four Occupational therapy staff who deliver a range of services for people living with neurological conditions including: Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurone Disease and Traumatic Brain Injury. You will contribute to the delivery of clinical care through enhanced clinical reasoning and advanced knowledge and critical understanding of a range of neurological conditions.

Within this role you will be expected to provide innovative and visionary leadership to promote the profession.  Experience of leading quality improvement and service redesign solutions, using feedback from multiple perspectives, including from people who access services, their families and their carers is desirable.

This post is a Fixed Term / Secondment for 18 months based at Neurological Rehabilitation Service Douglas Grant Rehabilitation Centre
