The is an exciting new role for an experienced nurse to work within Inverclyde HSCP Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service to implement the aims of the CORA funded Alcohol/Drug Support - New Pathways for Service Users programme. This 23 months funded programme will aim to develop an outreach community nursing addiction liaison service across primary care; enhance acute addition liaison services supporting effective discharge and prevent readmission; introduce community detox; and test new ways of extended working within the integrated service. It is essential you are a Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration and have significant experience at Band 6 Level. Ideally you should have project management experience. The shift pattern is flexible worked over 7 days.
