The post holder will provide efficient and effective administrative/clerical support to a receiving unit to ensure the smooth running of the department and to release Clinical staff to perform Clinical duties. Please note this is a permanent part time post at University Hospital Monklands working Monday to Friday and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
The post holder should experience in an administrative/clerical role, be proficient IT Skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, have excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative, excellent communication skills, excellent time management skills, an ability to work under pressure.
The post holder should possess or be prepared to works towards ECDL and have appropriate level of training in Management of Aggression.
