An exciting opportunity has arisen within Catering Services. We are looking to appoint an individual who can demonstrate excellent day to day leadership and communications skills to manage the Perth & Kinross Locality (P&K) Catering service. A previous catering track record of successfully delivering a high standard of service provision is essential.
This role reports to the NHST Patient Services Manager and contributes to the strategic planning of Catering Services for NHS Tayside.
The successful candidate will plan, organise and develop patient services within our P&K units which include Perth Royal Infirmary, Murray Royal Hospital, Blairgowrie Community Hospital, Crieff Community Hospital, Pitlochry Community Hospital and St Margaret’s Hospital. Candidates should possess strong leadership qualities and experience of high food and hygiene standards and budgetary targets. The post includes assisting in implementing organisational change and workforce re-design, project management and service planning.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
