An opportunity has arisen within Skye and Lochalsh for an enthusiastic individual who is interested in developing their career as a Referral and Assessment officer. This post will require the successful applicant to work closely with health and social care staff, across the area, ensuring that services to individuals and their families are identified and reviewed in a timely manner.
Previous experience of working in a health or social care environment is essential.
You will need to be able to communicative effectively with both people who are using our service, their carers/family and staff at all levels. You should be confident and have the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
A full driving licence and use of own car for work purposes are an essential requirement of the post as you will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
