This post is to manage / support / participate in interactive patient communications to include:

Service specific website development

Supporting NHSGGC library to deliver website developments

Interactive social media

Development of two-way technical communications between inpatients and services

Updating in-hospital information screens

Development of the Young Patients Family Fund as a two-way technical interaction

This role’s duties will bring a seamless administrative umbrella over reporting processes particularly in respect of all on-line in-time communications; in-hospital patient information screens; and developing a Hospital Paediatrics and Neonatology on-line brand as well as supporting services to do the same.

The Senior Administration Manager will act as a focal point for the provision of help and advice to staff members, patients and professionals in relation to service enquiries and will co-ordinate the administration elements of patient focussed projects, supported by the Programme Lead.  You should have an HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience, administration qualification or equivalent experience of 5 years.  Etensive experience of the “on-line” platforms such as website management; app management; providing corporate content and experience of dynamic feed-back and understanding your client needs.   In-depth working knowledge of standard office software packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint.  The shift pattern for this post is Monday – Friday.
