Full-time, fixed term initially until 31st March 2022

Do you want to be part of an innovative, dynamic organisation that is committed to transforming Health and Care in Fife?

We are looking for a proactive, and creative communications officer to join our busy corporate communications team, and act as an internal account manager for our Public Health Directorate. With drive and determination, you will support the delivery of a wide range of Public Health projects, with a specific emphasise on Test and Protect Community Testing programme in Fife and delivering a communications plan to support the new Flu Vaccine / Covid Vaccine (FVCV) programme starting in September using a range of corporate communications tools and channels.

As a key member of the NHS Fife Corporate Communications team, you will report to the Communications Manager with project direction set by the lead Public Health Consultant

The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, with a focus on increasing communications and engagement with communities across Fife and colleagues working in NHS Fife whilst supporting the delivery of board-wide communications agenda.

You will be highly organised with an innovative approach to delivery and a strong, dynamic, and confident team player who is able to grow, build and maintain relationships with team and service leads across NHS Fife as well as colleagues in Fife Health and Social Care Partnership and Fife Council.

High levels of customer service are a must alongside attention to detail. You will be able to juggle competing priorities and have a positive outlook in an environment of constant change.

Due to the current situation, we are currently working from home, but the post holder would usually be based between Hayfield House, Kirkcaldy and Cameron Hospital, Leven.
