The NHS Grampian Operational HR Team focuses not only on the provision of professional HR advice, but also in supporting line managers to deliver change, improve attendance and manage and develop performance.
Based in Aberdeen the successful applicant will provide operational HR advice and support to line managers and staff from a wide range of disciplines across NHS Grampian. Our ideal candidate will be a graduate or have equivalent level of recent operational HR experience, ideally in a large Public Sector Organisation, plus broad HR administration experience, will be an Associate member of CIPD or hold Student membership and be actively engaged in study towards Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualification (level 5).
