Medical Records Administrator (Ref: 66969)
25 hours hours per week. Fixed term until 30th April 2022
Band 3 - Salary Range £21,709 - £23,603 per annum (pro rata)
Distant Island Allowance of £1,971 per annum (pro rata for part-time and fixed term positions).
A vacancy has arisen for a Medical Records Administrator based within Gilbert Bain Hospital. The position will provide general support for the Medical Records department and Patient Focus Booking teams. Work will include helping prepare clinics, patient notes and the typing.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working effectively in a team, together with excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. With a good standard of general education, you will also need to be able to demonstrate computer literacy.
This contract is for a fixed-term until end of April 2022 with the possibility of extension. Hours in excess of contract may also be available throughout the period when required. The reason for the fixed term contract is due to funding for the Vanguard Project.
