Fixed-Term/Secondment opportunity

We do this by providing a range of specialised support services that enable NHS Boards to focus their efforts on delivering health improvement and patient care.
Das provides a service to NSS Test and Protect supporting their contact tracing\vaccination call centre telephony activities. We seek to appoint two enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join the current support team in the provision of PBX and Contact Center system administration & support services.
You will have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be able to work as a member of the team liaising with Das colleagues as well as a variety of stakeholders who use the call centre system. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, exhibiting a high degree of accuracy and experience of working on large IT systems. You should have the ability to handle multiple pieces of work on mission critical systems with different priorities, managing the conflicting demands on your time.
Practical, in-depth knowledge of Call centre telephony systems, such as 8x8, ServiceNow and MS Teams, would be an advantage.
