Job Advert

We’re looking for a people data geek who wants to make a difference to our culture and people engagement through the power of data. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced people/workforce analyst to join us in NHS Highland and drive forward the development of workforce analytics within the Board. Initially focussing on development of Culture and Employee Engagement metrics, analysis and reporting, the successful candidate will have a numerate/research/data analysis qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Working alongside our Workforce Systems, and Culture and Engagement colleagues you will be able to tell a story through people data, influencing operational decision making through producing meaningful and accurate data dashboards. We can offer the opportunity to make a big difference to our workforce through the data insights you’ll bring.
