Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology (CAAP) (Ref: 68318)
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term until 31st March 2022
Band 7 - Salary Range £40,872 - £47,846 per annum (pro rata)
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,971 per annum (pro rata) and Relocation Assistant of up to £1,333 (Relocation allowance may vary depending on start date)
This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an individual with an honours degree in psychology (eligible for GBR) and a post-graduate Masters level (or equivalent) degree in Psychological Therapy to work within an island Community Mental Health Team.
We are looking for an individual with diverse skills and ability to embed themselves quickly into recovery focussed and person-centred care team. You will join our busy, well-established service, based at Lerwick Health Centre. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of patients, working in partnership with the wider multi-disciplinary team.
This contract is for a fixed-term until 31st March 2021. The reason for the fixed-term contract is to support the COVID-19 remobilisation. If you wish to apply for this post as a secondment opportunity, you will need to discuss with your line manager before submitting an application.
