This post will be crucial in the delivery of the strategic aims, the various commitments and priorities within the Culture Matters programme of work. The work will contribute to supporting implementation of the culture development pathway, ensuring culture awareness and development work is woven into the day to day running of NHS Grampian and our Health & Social Care Partners. The newly established programme will integrate expertise and capacity for supporting culture development in our organisations.
To assist in this the directorate of People & Culture are looking to appoint a Project Co-ordinator - Culture Matters, on a fixed term post or secondment until 31 March 2022 to support Grampian’s remobilisation plan objectives and strategic priorities around culture.
As this is a fixed term post, if you are an existing NHS Grampian permanent employee and are interested in the role, please speak with your manager prior to submitting your application form with a view to having a secondment agreed in principle and an ability to start immediately if you were successful following interview. Please include within your application form that you have undertaken this or your application will not be progressed.
Experience of managing projects within a health or care setting and knowledge of the public sector are required to enable the candidates to deliver in line with the required timescales.
