We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals for the post of Clerical Officer in the Medical Imaging Department at Ayrshire Central Hospital / Crosshouse Hospital. Duties will include inputting data and reception duties, burning of CD’s and preparing incoming and outgoing mail etc. Sending out x-ray and scan appointments while adhering to waiting time targets.
Excellent computer skills and customer care is essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. SVQ level II Admin required.
The hours of duty are 37.5 hours per week. Some shift and weekend (Saturday, Sunday) working may be required as part of the duties of this post. Job share may be considered if there is flexibility in covering leave.
