An opportunity has arisen for someone who is looking for a stretching and challenging role, working with individuals, groups and services delivering high quality care to those who use our services.
The post-holder will have personal alignment to the values of NHS Tayside and be able to live by and exhibit these values at all times. You should also have excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills to enable the co-ordination and delivery of tailored organisational development support that help the organisation to realise its cultural aspirations as described in the Collective Leadership and Culture Strategic Framework.
The post-holder will report directly to the Head of Development and be a key member of the Development Team. The Development Team are a sub-function of the Workforce Directorate.
The post-holder will also make a significant contribution to the wider agenda of NHS Tayside, working alongside all colleagues in Development around the organisation’s Cultural, Leadership and Learning priorities.
You should ideally have previous experience working in a healthcare setting with high level interpersonal skills, experience of facilitating change, and a commitment to the development of the NHS to deliver 21st century healthcare.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
