Please note this is a fixed term post for 24 months based in NHS Lanarkshire on a full time basis working Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
The post Holder will provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service. Where appropriate, supervise clerical staff and provide support to line manager and have experience in an Administrative and Clerical role.
The post holder should be educated to Higher Grade level, have the ability to supervise staff, well developed interpersonal skills in customer care, excellent communication skills, good organisational and planning skills, ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times, understanding of a range of procedures and processes. You should have the ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure, be proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
