This is a highly regarded and dynamic professional nursing leadership post in NHS Highland, taking forward portfolio work including innovation and quality improvement.

 The Associate Lead Nurse, Mental Health will work under the direction of the Lead Nurse, taking responsibility for the standard of Nursing practice across all fields of Nursing with-in Mental Health. This will be across a range of hospital, community, social and domestic settings with a particular focus on the provision of professional workforce standards and safe, and quality care.

To provide professional nursing leadership and expert advice within the operational unit across the five NHSH NMAHP Leadership dimensions:

Safe, quality care

Professional workforce standards, planning and development

Service improvement, design/ redesign and development

Research and innovation

Partnership working

A full current driving licence is essential and access to a car. Lease car is available.
