You are required to be an NHS Fife Employee, Intern or Bank Staff member to apply for this post.

We require a full-time Clerical Officer to provide admin/clerical support for the Pharmacy & Medicines Directorate, based at the Lynebank Hospital site, Dunfermline.  Hours will be worked from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.   You will work both independently using your own initiative and as part of a team.

You will carry out general clerical duties including data input, filing, photocopying, laminating, etc.  The post requires good keyboard skills, excellent organisational skills and communication skills.   A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is required.

Relevant admin/clerical experience working within an office setting is required as is the ability to prioritise and deal with the day to day workload.

You should be educated to Standard Grade (or equivalent). A knowledge of Microsoft Office Software is essential.  In-house training will be given for other systems such as SSTS.  There will be a requirement to work across sites such as at either the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy or Queen Margaret Hospital in Dunfermline.
