To provide high level administrative and operational/business support to Mental Health and Addiction’s Services, reporting directly to Business Administration Manager.
Develop and maintain appropriate IT-based systems to support and facilitate the maintenance of governance arrangements. Compilation and statistical analysis of relevant data/information needs
The post holder is responsible for participation and assisting in the administration and management of complaints handling/ FOI compliance/ systems and other relevant statutory obligations, playing a key role to support the business of the HSCP through a performance led service of high standards and customer focus. The post holder is also responsible for administration staff, ensuring staffing information and records are timeously and accurately recorded and maintained.
The postholder will work over a number of sites within West Dunbartonshire Mental Health Teams.
The shift pattern is; Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
