Are you interested in being part of a key team involved in the modernisation and digitisation of NHS Services? Do you like the idea of a flexible working environment where a combination of home and office working is encouraged, accommodating adaptable working hours to fit around your home life? Then the Application Support Analyst role(s) within NHS Fife may be the right fit for you!

This is an exciting time for the Digital & Information Team. Despite setbacks from COVID19, the D&I team at NHS Fife have rapidly delivered a number of digital solutions to transform the care provided, and we have no intention of slowing down now. NHS Fife are recruiting a number of Application Support Analysts to work on exciting projects such as the implementation of the new Hospital Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration System (HEPMA), where you will be a key person in the design, build, test and delivery of this system across NHS Fife. We are also recruiting roles as part of the wider Application Support Team working to support a range of clinical systems such as SCI Gateway (used for making patient referrals), or TrakCare (patient administration system). Both of these positions will provide the right candidate with a range of development opportunities, working alongside the wider Digital and Information team, as well as other NHS Fife professionals and system suppliers to provide innovative and exciting digital developments to the people of Fife.

If any aspect of these roles excite you, we would encourage you to have a look at the full job description and persons specification, then hit apply. If you have any informal questions, or would just like a little more information about the role or team, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with either Wendy Duncan 07772 646790 or Stephanie Smith 01383 565120.

Unfortunately, NHS Scotland does not accept CVs. Therefore we ask that you pay particular attention to the final 3 questions on your application to tell us how you are the person we are looking for.

Interviews for these exciting posts will be week commencing 25th October 2021.

For fixed term posts, applications on a secondment basis will be considered providing you have prior agreement from your current line manager.
