NHS Fife Psychology is a large, friendly and supportive department. The Department provides services to the whole of Fife and includes all the major clinical specialties. We have an excellent reputation for innovation and developing staff, and this is a particularly exciting time to be working in our department. Recent investment from Fife Health and Social Care Partnership and the Scottish Government will enable us to transform the delivery of psychological care as we remobilise following the Covid-19 pandemic, address the psychological therapies waiting times standard and work to enhance psychologically informed care and practice across Fife.
You will work with another Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology within an expanded multi-disciplinary Unscheduled Care Service to offer people presenting to Unscheduled Care rapid access to brief psychological interventions that assist people in crisis. This is an important and innovative service development supporting mental health redesign in Fife.
