To provide patient focused quality pharmaceutical care within the primary care sector/working in GP practice and to assure an efficient and timely supply of pharmaceutical advice and medication and to assist in the delivery of pharmacotherapy and prescribing support within NHSL Wide in 2 full time permanent positions. The post holders should also be a car driver with valid UK driving licence.
You should have a Masters of Pharmacy Degree, successful completion of pre-registration experience and exam, be a registered member of General Pharmaceutical Council, Continuing Professional Development as detailed by the General Pharmaceutical Council (mandatory requirement), have the ability to work under pressure, be able to plan, prioritise and organise workload , experience in patient information/education, the ability to effectively monitor patients therapeutic regimens in order to ensure effectiveness and reduce toxicity, able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team, experience of patient information/education and an ability to monitor patient therapeutic regimens to ensure effectiveness and reduce toxicity.
The post holders should have commitment to revalidation as per directions of General Pharmaceutical Council, good verbal and written communication skills, self motivation, good interpersonal skills, demonstrate customer awareness/focus, willingness to contribute to the general working of the pharmacy department and experience in primary care
