Job Advert
The post holder is a member of a responsive frontline service available 24/7 to the patients, staff and visitors of the hospital. The post holder will be trained to deal with all regular, ad-hoc and emergency situations, ensuring patient comfort, dignity and safety. You will transport patients between wards and departments and assist in the transfer of patients arriving and departing site, provide general assistance to staff and visitors, provide a mail delivery and sorting service to all areas of the hospital. You will move furniture and equipment as requested, deliver medical gases where and when required and provide specimen collection and delivery service. Minimal experience or qualifications are required as full training will be provided practical knowledge, practical experience. You should have good communication skills and good customer care skills. The shift pattern for this post is Mon to Friday Rotational shift: 7am-3pm, 11am to 7pm
