We have an exciting opportunity for a full time permanent Band 5 Physiotherapist Community position The postholder will work as a member of the Physiotherapy Team providing a professionally competent service, aiming to provide effective assessment, advice and treatment to patients in their own homes, as a static post.
The postholder will be required to demonstrate excellent team working skills with the ability to work using own initiative and have the ability to work with people and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
Registered Physiotherapist with valid HCPC Registration
Effective listening, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Working knowledge of basic information technology
It is essential that the postholder has a full valid UK driving licence.
