This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record. If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post.
Please note: As this post is part-time the salary will be pro-rata.
The provide expert clinical case management, using advanced nursing practice skills, to patients of all ages including assessment, treatment, discharge or onward referral to relevant speciality in secondary care to ensure provision of appropriate advice and treatment.
Take a lead role in ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to own individual patients in partnership with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and work as part of the team to improve standards of care.
