NHS Forth Valley welcomes applications for a Specialty Doctor in Trauma & Orthopaedics to join our department. This post will be offered on a full-time basis on a fixed-term 14-month contract.  The appointment will be subject to the terms and conditions of service for Specialty Doctors 2008. Candidates should have Membership of a UK College of Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeons and at least 2 years’ experience in Trauma & Orthopaedics.


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is prepared to contribute to the development of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal trauma services in NHS Forth Valley.  The posts will include involvement in planned orthopaedic surgery as well as the on-call trauma service. This will require a contribution out with the normal working day as well as weekends.
