This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, dynamic and creative person to join NHS Grampian’s Public Health Directorate.
As Communications Assistant, the successful candidate will help support the development, promotion and implementation of various web-based communication channels used by NHS Grampian Public Health Directorate to engage with its internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Experience in maintaining websites
- Competent in the use of WordPress software
- Experience of using social media for corporate business purposes
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 programmes
- Ability to work under pressure and can work to deadlines
In addition, the successful candidate will have academic qualification(s) in a relevant subject(s) and ideally should have some experience of working in Communications; information management or in another similar area of work.
