Do you have what it takes to develop and drive an Occupational Therapy Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service forward?
Our service in the Western Isles needs a highly motivated and experienced OT in the field of Children and Adolescent Mental Health to support our current OT CAMHs service. We are looking for someone with a special interest in assessment and treatment of neuro- developmental disorders working across all tiers of the service. This will also include being part of Social Communication Team as the CAMHs link. Transitioning of young people with mental health difficulties towards independence and adult service supports will also be a main feature of the role.
While working as an autonomous practitioner you will be well supported by an experienced team, working collaboratively with colleagues within the Children and Adolescent Mental Health team, and the Occupational therapy team. The OT Services Manager will provide professional leadership, supervision and ensure specialist mentoring is available to continue developing your portfolio of knowledge and skills.
