We are currently recruiting for the position of Service Delivery Analyst. As a member of the Service Delivery Team, you will monitor access service levels, manage real time call traffic and call volumes to ensure a high level of service is provided to patients. You will also be required to load balance resource across multiple centres using best practice contact centre management. To be successful in this role you should possess the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a live and rapidly changing environment, be able to analyse large volumes of operational data during peak periods. You will also be experienced in ensuring the information is utilised to facilitate appropriate decision making to support call volume management.
