SOCIAL WORK TEAM MANAGER

HC10: £41,172 to £45,022

35 hours per week – Full Time, Permanent

An opportunity has become available for an experienced qualified Social Worker with relevant management experience to join Community Mental Health Service as Social Work Team Manager. The successful post holder will provide leadership for the social work team in the South and Mid area of Highland.


The successful candidate will be able to work both autonomously and within a busy community mental health service.  They will be passionate and creative to enable those in our care to be supported using legislative principles and person centred care.


Evidence of previous experience in a leadership role required alongside experience or awareness of mental health illness/disorders is required.
