NHS GGC Estates Partnerships require a Site Estates Manager, to manage both Dykebar and Leverndale Hospitals.

Individuals will be professionally responsible for meeting the organisations key objectives, for the delivery of patient care by the provision of effective, efficient and safe operation & maintenance of estates services, systems and budgetary resource, in compliance with statutory requirements & mandatory NHS Healthcare standards & guidelines, for the day to day operational activities of the Estates Department, technical & managerial control of directly employed and specialist contract staff, and to manage delegated capital projects. Post will require individual to manage both main hospital sites and associated HSCPs.

 The post holder will be qualified to Degree level and be able to demonstrate equivalent practical experience through vocational qualifications as well as significant experience of managing in a complex health care environment. Ideally the post holder is required to be a chartered engineer member of a registered Engineering or Building Institute.

The post holder will demonstrate good technical knowledge of complex building services and healthcare equipment & services. Individual must also demonstrate excellent managerial skills acquired through academic development, experience & training courses enabling post-holder to motivate, manage, direct & support staff & contractors.

This is an exciting opportunity to hold a management role within NHS GGC Estates and work in collaboration with HSCP Sector.
