We are looking for a Long term Locum GP to join our friendly, semi –rural practice.
We are a well established practice in Aberdeen at the gateway to Deeside, with a practice population of approximately 7,800. We work to a traditional general practice model with telephone and face to face appointments averaging 13 appointments per session. All requests for appointments are triaged by our team of experienced patient advisors. We are supported by City Home Visiting Service resulting in low numbers of home visits.
We are a family friendly team and have various sessions available and are able to offer flexibility regarding start/finish times.
Our experienced and highly committed clinical team consists of five GP Partners, One salaried GP, three highly skilled Practice Nurses and two Healthcare Assistants. Out team is enhanced by our Community Nursing team, two Pharmacists, a Pharmacy Technician, Link worker and a Psychological Therapist. We have a supportive Reception and administration team.
We are a teaching practice and we use the Vision IT system.
