3x posts for a 2-year fixed term period – secondments considered
Location – one post based in North Region, one in East Region & one in West Region with flexibility for Home/Hybrid working
The Scottish Ambulance Service is looking to recruit three enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are passionate about improving employee health and wellbeing and making a positive difference to staff experience in our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small team with expertise, vision and drive to deliver the ambitions set out in our health & wellbeing strategy by designing and implementing local and organisation wide initiatives and reporting and evaluating their impact and success. Each individual will be aligned to a specific regional area to provide specialist wellbeing and welfare support and advice to individuals and teams working within a highly pressured, complex and unpredictable operating environment. This requires a high level of personal resilience with an ability to be flexible and adaptable to organisational requirements. Treating others with kindness, care and compassion is central to this role and the success of the team. Applicants will have excellent listening and interpersonal skills, be skilled communicators and will play a pivotal role influencing and collaborating with others to enable sustainable change. The Wellbeing Lead role has the potential to be highly rewarding, supporting the health and wellbeing needs of individuals, leaders and teams who themselves are passionate about providing the highest quality care to patients in Scotland.
