An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Estates Department for NHS Highland. The post is part time and based in the Estates Department at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness. This is a very busy department; we are front line for providing ID badges and security access, taking all calls for repairs, purchase orders, minor works, and scheduling works as well as other additional admin duties for the Estates team.
Applicants should be educated to HNC level in Administration, or time served equivalent, with experience of working in a busy administrative role. Applicants should also possess excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 is preferred and experience in software applications is essential.
