To support effective Clinical care by providing an efficient administration and clerical service to the NHSGGC Scottish Stroke Care Audit (SSCA) process. This post involves effective liaison and pro-active communication with a range of consultant staff, nursing staff and inpatient wards, management, and with other NHSGGC Stroke Audit Coordinators. The post is part of a small team of audit staff based at hospitals across NHSGGC collecting and inputting clinical data for the Scottish Stroke Care Audit. The Scottish Stroke Care Audit is a nationally published audit of performance and includes reporting against the national targets for stroke. The post will provide data collection and input from stroke wards primarily within the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. There will be a requirement to provide cover / input in other GGC Acute Hospital sites on an ad-hoc basis. Education should include 3 Credit standard grades including English, or equivalent qualifications. Essential for the postholder is experience of hospital ward environments and involvement with clinical teams including use of medical terminology. The shift pattern is; Office hours
