An opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Urological Surgeon to join our team within Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy, Queen Margaret Hospital Dunfermline and with potential for developing increased service provision in St Andrews Community Hospital. 

The successful candidate will join an ambitious and expanding team in NHS Fife where all subspecialty areas are supported and delivered in an exceptionally cohesive and supportive environment. Theatre sessions will be delivered alongside dedicated theatre staff with availability of cutting edge technology and treatment modalities. 

You will have expertise in both benign urological conditions as well as prostate cancer diagnostics and emerging treatment modalities and focal therapies for prostate cancer.

Urology Research participation will be encouraged with excellent opportunities to collaborate with St Andrews University as well as other nearby institutes. 

You will participate in a 1 in 9 on-call rota covering adult and adolescent emergencies.

Specialist Register, or within 6 months of CCT at the date of interview or have been granted CESR at the point of application.
