An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual with a passion for learning and development. The role includes:
- The design, delivery and evaluation of leadership and management development across NHS Highland.
- Provision of high quality and innovative team solutions using a wide range of professional and technical knowledge and expertise
- Promote and support the development of a learning culture within NHS Highland.
You will bring positivity, enthusiasm, and creativity to the role. You should demonstrate resilience, and evidence of effective and confident facilitation and communication skills. You should have previous experience in the provision of learning and development, digital technology and supporting change in a large organisation. Experience of blended learning would be an advantage.
