NHS Ayrshire & Arran are seeking Bank Mass Vaccination Staff Nurses to support our Mass Vaccination Programme.

As a Bank Band 5 Staff Nurse you will support the delivery of the Mass Vaccination Programme across the three Health and Social Care Partnerships.  NHS Ayrshire & Arran offer weekly pay for Bank shifts.  

You will provide an accessible and effective nursing service taking forward the public health agenda to maximise health and wellbeing. 

The vaccination programme represents a key public health measure which contributes to the reduction of health inequalities as well as achieving national and local health objectives through the focus on preventative care. You are required to work collaboratively in a safe care and respectful way. You must be a 1st Level Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills plus experience of delivering immunisations is desirable. As part of the vaccination service the post holder will provide professional nursing skills and knowledge to ensure effective delivery. 

A Car Driver is essential to deliver vaccinations to the citizens across Ayrshire & Arran.
