1 year Fixed Term/Secondment
As a vital part of NHS Scotland, NHS National Services Scotland’s purpose is to support Scotland’s Health. We do this by providing a range of specialised support services which we develop and improve in partnership with our many stakeholders.
NSS Digital & Security are seeking to recruit a Principle Engineer / Senior Developer to join the Gateway Solutions Team on a 1 year fixed term basis. You will be an experienced full-stack developer using Microsoft and Open Source Tools, including ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, IIS, SQL Server, XML, XLST, SOAP, Javascript and REACT. You should be adept at both consuming and producing APIs using either SOAP or REST services. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of key system components and used to working in a small team environment. Ideally you will have experience of Health IT systems and standards such as FHIR, IHE or Open EHR. The position is based in our central Glasgow office, albeit currently working from home.
