£50,965-£55,016 (Band 8a)
Full time (37.5 hours/week)
Permanent & Fixed term/secondment opportunities up to March 2023
Edinburgh or Glasgow - with remote working for the foreseeable future
Healthcare Improvement Scotland is seeking to recruit several Senior Improvement Advisors in a range of fixed term and permanent posts to support the following ihub portfolios;
• Mental Health Improvement Portfolio
• Transformational Redesign Unit
• Community Care
The ihub leads an extensive range of improvement programmes, collaborates with local, national and international networks, and aspires to be at the leading edge of both thinking and practice in quality improvement.
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and positive individuals to credibly lead in the scoping, design and delivery of the relevant programmes.
You will be able to demonstrate expertise in improvement science and applying a range of improvement methods within different contexts and possess a track record of working with a wide range of stakeholders in a health and social care setting. As a natural communicator, you will relish the opportunity to network effectively, motivate and persuade people to achieve change.
