The purpose of the imaging department is to provide a diverse range of therapeutic and diagnostic procedures via a number of imaging modalities. The service is provided to both in patient and out patients for elective and emergency procedures.
This is a rotational post across imaging departments base hospital is GRI.
You will work within a multi-professional team to ensure a high standard of care to a defined patient group.
You will be expected to competently perform the necessary technical, invasive and physical aspects of care for this defined patient group. It is essential you are an Adult Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. Shift pattern for this post is 5 days over 7. This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
As part of NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde’s pre employment checking for all appointed candidates, evidence of current NMC registration will be required prior to start date. You should therefore note candidates who are unable to provide confirmation of current NMC registration, in line with projected start date for this post, may not be shortlisted for interview.
