An exciting opportunity has arisen for position of permanent Registered Nurse within this dynamic department.
You must be registered on sub-part 1 of the NMC Register and should hold extensive experience in the specialty of orthopaedics and trauma.
You must be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC Register
The Orthopaedic and Trauma Unit is fast paced and dynamic unit dedicated to delivering high standards of care to patients admitted following trauma injuries as well as elective surgery. Our nursing teams are focused on person centred care and aim to provide a high quality service in a safe environment where the needs of each patient are cared for in a professional and holistic manner.
Ward 19 specialises in the care of adults following an orthopaedic trauma with a focus on effective multidisciplinary working to ensure that we provide a high quality services in a safe environment where the needs of each patient are cared for in a professional and holistic manner.
The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, team working skills and some knowledge of surgical procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge within the speciality.
