GG&C OOH Service is an out of hours emergency medical service operating within the Glasgow and Clyde area. GG&C OOH Service provide both a doctor home visiting service as well as consultation and treatment from a number of primary care sites based throughout Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the Senior Management Team of GG&C OOH Service to maximise the effectiveness of the service. The post-holder is responsible for ensuring the administrative service they provide is effective and efficient.
Training and/or qualifications(s) required:
Excellent administration and secretarial skills, including typing, keyboard skills.
Good knowledge of word processing, databases, spreadsheets etc.
Experience of working within the NHS with knowledge of policies and procedures.
Good communication and organisational skills
The hours are worked 9am – 5pm
